城市历史街区的保护与更新，是一个牵涉社会、经济、文化、物质空间形态等诸多方面的系统性问题。在历史街区更新改造中，在强调对地域特色、历史文化及城市肌理的保护与促使社区经济复苏与整合的同时，也应充分重视对街区和谐社会网络结构关系的保护及对社会资源的利用。在重庆市长寿区三倒拐历史街区保护更新规划中，社会网络因子得到了初步运用，有力地指导了街区的规划布局，也有利于街区活力的增强与可持续发展。

The conservation and regeneration of historical city quarters is a systematic process involving social, economic, cultural, and physical issues. In its regeneration, we should highlight the conservation of local feature, history, city texture, community network, as well as economic revitalization and integration, utilization of Social resources. In the regeneration planning of Sandaoguai historical quarter, social network elements are fully utilized to guide the layout and also to help the intensification and sustainable development of community vitality.
