从流域这一人居环境尺度入手，阐释聚居尺度与研究对象之间的学术关联，同时选择我国长江流域的重庆、武汉、南京地区的人居格局作为研究对象。通过建构相应的时空坐标，对三地的城镇现状格局和历史演进开展比较研究，揭示地域生态环境与流域尺度中城市人居格局的深刻关联，并由此提出三地基于不同生态关系的区域发展策略构想。
英文摘要：
From the human settlement＇ s scale of basin, the paper explains the academic relationship between the human settlement scale and the object of study. The paper chooses the human settlement＇ s patterns of Chongqing, Wuhan and Nanjing in China＇ s Yangtze River as objects of study. Through the corresponding construction of space-time coordination, we carry out comparison research about the three cities＇ patterns of current situation and historic evolution, reveal the close relationship between region ecological environment and the human settlement＇s patterns of cities in the basin＇s scale , and put forward the regional development strategy concepts about three cities.
