研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)在应力作用下的紫外光老化行为。老化后的样品采用超薄切片法,应用红外和紫外光谱分析手段,从微观角度研究了应力对PVC各层化学结构变化的影响;同时对样品的凝胶含量和表面形貌等进行了表征,探讨了应力作用下PVC的紫外光老化机理。结果表明:应力使PVC的氧化层增厚,共轭双键层变薄;应力的存在会大大加速氧化反应,但却降低了共轭双键的生成量。
The effect of stress on photo-ageing of Poly(Vinyl Chloride) was examined layer by layer. Structural changes of the sample were characterized by UV-Vis, FT-IR, SEM, PLM and gel content test. Based on these data, the mechanism of PVC during photodegradation induced by stress was discussed. The results show that in the presence of stress, the rate of oxidation reaction is accelerated and the depth of oxidation layer is increased during photo-aging of PVC. Meanwhile, the dehydrochlorination of PVC has not been influenced, but the generation zone of conjugated double bond is limed by stress. Orientation and micro-cracks of PVC resulting from stress play an important role in this process.
