通过两步简单方法制备海胆状Fe2O3/SiO2,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),选区电子衍射(SAED)等手段对产物进行表征,结果表明,这种形貌的纳米材料能防止Fe2O3纳米颗粒的团聚,避免SiO2在高温条件下烧结,并有效提高了材料的热稳定性。
Fe2O3/SiO2 is synthesized by a two-step method. The as-synthesized samples are characterized by X ray powder diffraction (XRD) by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmitting electron microscopy (TEM),and (SEAD). This morphology can limit the aggregation of Fe2O3 nanoparticles,prevent silica particle coalescence at high temperatures,and enhance thermal stability.
