Based on the previous study about Bacillus.subtilis WD23 in our lab,the research method improvements about bacterial laccases from screening bacterial strains,identification the strains,enzymatic characteristic and laccase application were summarized.It should be paid attention to that the kinds of bacteria secreting laccase compared to fungus were much few.
