为减轻农民在温室大棚中搬运农产品时的劳动强度,设计了一款可半自动装卸的搬运车。搬运车由传动机构、链条升运机构、离合机构、卸载机构、车架五部分组成,可实现对箱框的装载和卸载。基于Pro/E的三维实体建模功能,实现半自动装卸搬运车的参数化设计。搬运车整体体积较小便于在温室大棚中使用,搬运车手柄在不用时可以折叠,减小车体空间,便于放置。
In order to relieve the farmer's intensity of labor, this paper design a semi-automatic carrier. It is carrier made up by five parts: transmission mechanism, chain elevator mechanism, clutch mechanism, unloading mechanism, frame. It can accomplish the function of case frame's loading and unloading. The design of it is based on three-dimensional entity modeling capabilities of Pro/E and the achievement of it's parametric design. It is convenient for people to use this carrier in green house because its small volume. The handle of this carrier can be folded when people don't use it so that can reduce the body space and place it more easily.
