21st century is the era of eompetition, which has become the most realistic problem unable to a- void in the social organization. In recent years, with the advancement of popularization of higher education, compe- tition becoming more intense between China education market subjects. To survive and develop themselves in the competition, the strategy of reform and development of higher vocational colleges must be considered. Based on the analysis of the resources of higher vocational colleges, the paper briefly described the current situation and problems of Higher Vocational College of resources allocation, and puts forward the strategies to optimize the allocation of re- sources, aims at, through the rational allocation of resources, to realize the competitiveness of higher vocational col- leges promotion.
