目的研究回阳玉龙膏对乳腺增生大鼠的治疗作用。方法应用苯甲酸雌二醇及黄体酮建立大鼠乳腺增生模型。以回阳玉龙膏干预30天，第31天测量大鼠乳头的直径及高度，同时测定肝、肾功能，以及雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、泌乳素（PRL）水平。另取大鼠心脏以及乳腺行病理学检测。结果回阳玉龙膏可使大鼠乳腺恢复正常外形，同时使E2和PRL水平明显下降，P水平明显升高；且对大鼠的肝、肾功能及心肌无明显毒性。结论回阳玉龙膏可降低乳腺增生大鼠的增生程度，且副作用较小。

英文摘要：

Objective To study the therapy effect of traditional Chinese medicine HuiYangYuLong cream to mammary gland hyperplasia rats. Methods We used benzoic acid estradiol progestin to establish mammary gland hyperplasia model in rats. HuiYangYuLong cream anointed intervention 30 days. We measured diameter and height of rat nipples in the 31st days, meantime, detected function of liver, kidney; level of estradiol （E2） , progesterone （P） and prolactin （PRL）. Than we carried out pathological examination of rats heart and breast. Results HuiYangYuLong creams restored normal appearance of rats mammary; made E2, PRL level dropping, P level increasing; and had not significantly influenced to rat liver, kidney and myocardial. Conclu- sions HuiYanzYul_onz cream can reduce mammary aland hvoerolasia of rats. and has fewer side effects.
