英文摘要：

Regarding the tunnel project at Qinhuangdao section of Cheng-Qin highway as background,we carry out a comprehensive view of the risk assessment system on the tunnel construction phase combining with the domestic and international research as well as those risk assessment on guidelines for the safety.At length,this paper proposed a set of risk management framework and its corresponding assessment method in the road tunnel construction process.Combined the risk acceptance criteria with the risk events level after calculating,we put forward a series of risk control measures as reliable reference for the construction management which would be helpful.
