Under the condition of demand diversity, personality, systematization, originality and mutuality from readers, and normality in information attainments education in university libraries, we advised the tactics of information resource system in university libraries fi＇om several aspects as follows： introducing information resource, reorganizing information resource, establishing mechanism of sharing resource, optimizing the educational structure of librarians and carrying out information attainments education.
