A class of p^2-sequences defined by generalized cyclotomic classes of order 2 with respect to p^2 is introduced. The maximum linear complexity of this sequence is p. The randomness indexes of all sequences with p 〈 50 including periodic and aperiodic autocorrelation function and corresponding Merit factor are listed. The periodic autocorrelation functionof p^2 -sequences is proved theoretically, which indicates that p^2 -sequences is not a ‘ good' sequence.
