鉴于免疫抑制性疾病的复杂性及其多种因素往往是相互作用、共同促进、互为因果,使其疾病的发生与发展变得更加复杂多变,认为经典科学的“单因素线性分析”已不能适应其要求,免疫抑制性疾病防治应转变科学观念,以复杂性科学的“多因素非线性分析”理念来指导;它不仅要重视病毒、疫苗与药物等因素的本身作用,更不能忽视其作用的“初始条件”;中兽医学的辨证施治是一种“状态分析与处理”,在“初始条件”认识上可以为其提供帮助与借鉴;通过不同途径或环节对机体免疫功能具有增强或双向调节作用的中药达200余种,但其使用要辨证施治,才能取得更好的临床防治效果。
In view of the complexity of immunosuppressive diseases and the inter-action and the reciprocal causation of their factors, it was thought that, (1)" the univariate linear analysis" of the classical science has not been able to meet the demands of prevention and control of immunosuppressive diseases, and it must shift the scientific ideas and is directed by "the multifactor nonlinear analysis" of the complexity science; (2)Virus,vaccines and medicines as well as their initial conditions should all be thought highly (3) Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine (TCVM),conditional analysis and treatment, could provide a reference and supplement for it at cognitive method (4)There are more than 200 kinds of TCVM to have an action to strengthen or regulate immunologic functions in two-ways, but it must be based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition to use them.
