目的:探讨复方术芩提取液的抗菌抗炎作用。方法:通过体外抑菌试验、小鼠耳廊二甲苯致炎试验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验及小鼠炎症细胞渗出试验,探讨复方术芩提取液对细菌和炎症的影响。结果:复方术芩提取液在体外对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、猪源魏氏梭菌、沙门氏菌的MIC分别为62.50 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、250.00 mg/m L、125.00 mg/m L;抑菌圈直径分别为9.50 mm、16.42 mm、9.75 mm、10.75 mm;对小鼠耳廊二甲苯致炎的肿胀抑制率为82.79%,对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性抑制率为36.12%,对小鼠炎症细胞渗出具有抑制作用。结论:复方术芩提取液有一定的体外抑菌和抗炎效果。
Objective: To study the antibacterial and antiphlogistic effects of Compound Zhuqin Extract. Methods: In vitro antibacterial experiments, auricle xylene mouse skin, capillary permeability increase and inflammatory cells seepage experiments were performed to observe the antibacterial and antiphlogistic effect of Compound Zhuqin Extract. Results: MIC of Zhuqin Extract on E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens and Salmonella were 62.5 mg/m L, 31.25 mg/m L, 250 mg/m L and 125 mg/m L, respectively; Bacteriostatic ring were 9.50 mm, 16.42 mm, 9.75 mm and 10.75 mm, respectively. The swelling inhibition rate of ear edema caused by xylene in mice was 82.79%, the inhibition rate of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice was36.12%, also it present inhibiting effect in inflammatory cells seepage in mice. Conclusion: Compound Zhuqin Extract has certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro.
