通过对抗生素滥用与中兽医药学辨证施治等的复杂性科学分析,认为抗生素安全使用既要重视抗生素的针对性与病原的敏感性,也不能忽视机体免疫功能、毒素生成与排泄等因素对抗生素作用的影响及其动态变化性.这就要求我们首先要转变科学观念,以复杂性科学为指导,走出抗生素疗效与应用的“单因素线性分析”的误区;而中兽医药学辨证施治的“状态分析与处理”,具有“多因素非线性分析”的特点,可以为其提供认识方法上的借鉴与补充.
Based on the analysis and discussion on the antibiotics abuse and the diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) from the perspective of complexity science, it was thought that, (1) For the safe application of antibiotics, both the pathogen sensitivity to the antibiotic and the influences on the antibiotics actions of the immunologic function, poison generating and excreting of the patents should all be thought highly of; (2) It is necessary at first to shift scientific concept from "the univariate linear analysis" of the classical science to "the multifactor nonlinear analysis" of the complexity science to go out of the misunderstanding of the antibiotic application; (3) Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition of TCVM, conditional analysis and treatment, could provide a reference and supplement for this at cognitive method.
