Based on the analysis and discussion on the antibiotics abuse and the diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine （TCVM） from the perspective of complexity science, it was thought that, （1） For the safe application of antibiotics, both the pathogen sensitivity to the antibiotic and the influences on the antibiotics actions of the immunologic function, poison generating and excreting of the patents should all be thought highly of; （2） It is necessary at first to shift scientific concept from ＂the univariate linear analysis＂ of the classical science to ＂the multifactor nonlinear analysis＂ of the complexity science to go out of the misunderstanding of the antibiotic application; （3） Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition of TCVM, conditional analysis and treatment, could provide a reference and supplement for this at cognitive method.
