研究电针对犬骨关节炎疗效及相关物质的影响。将32只犬随机分为对照组、模型组、电针1组和电针2组,左膝关节腔注射木瓜蛋白酶建立模型,电针治疗,每日1次,连续14 d后,检测血象和血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、SP水平。结果显示,模型组犬运动呈跳跃状,患肢不敢着地,屈伸困难;白细胞增多,IL-1、TNF-α、SP水平升高,与空白组相比,差异极显著(P〈0.01);电针1组、电针2组白细胞降低,与模型组相比,差异显著(P〈0.05);IL-1、TNF-α、SP降低,与模型组相比,差异极显著(P〈0.01)。表明犬膝关节腔注射木瓜蛋白酶可致骨关节炎模型,电针有治疗效果,并对犬血清IL-1、TNF-α、SP水平有调节作用。
To investigate theeffects of electroacupunctureon cytokines of canine with knee osteoarthritis.32 dogs were randomly divided into control group model group Eelectroacupuncture(EA)group 1 and EA group2.Papin solution was injected into the left knee joint cavity of dogs on the 1st,4th and 7thdays to induce knee osteoarthritis.Eelectroacupuncture was performed once every day,blood sample was collected from forelimb vein of dog on 14 th day.The hemogram and the level of IL-1 IL-6 TNF-ɑ SP were examined.The results showed canine walk after papin solution being was injected into the left knee joint cavity.Compared with the ontrol group,white blood cells the level of IL-1 TNF-ɑ SP in the model group increased significantly(P 0.01);after being electro-acpunc.tured,the white blood cells in EA group 1 and EA group 2 decreased(P 0.05),the level of IL-1 TNF-ɑ SP decreased significantly(P 0.01).The result indicates papin solution could induce knee osteoarthritis in dog,electro-acpuncturing points could adjust the level of IL-1 TNF-ɑ,SP in the serum.
