面向装备维修小组的交叉培训策略制定的问题。交叉培训策略可以看成是决定员工与技术分配的一系列规则。提出了一个两阶段优化模型,第一阶段模型最小化交叉培训的员工数量,第二阶段模型是最大化的员工满意度。根据第二阶段模型的特点,采用两层方法将第二阶段的0-1分式规划转化为混合0-1线性规划。采用CPLEX求解第一阶段模型和转化后的第二阶段模型。最后,给出一个计算实例说明求解方法的有效性。
This research addresses cross-training policies for armament maintainance teams.A cross-training policy can be regarded as a set of rules for determining the distribution of workers' skill-sets.A two-stage optimization model is presented in this paper for implementing the proposed cross-training policies.Stage 1 of the approach minimizes the number of cross-trained workers subject to various constraints.In stage 2,the satisfaction of the trained workers in Stage 1 is assessed.A two-phase method is then applied to convert the 0-1 fractional programming model in Stage 2 to a mixed 0-1 linear programming model,so it can be solved by CPLEX.Finally,a computational experiment is shown to illustrate how the problem can be solved.
