The complete convergence for sequences of pairwise NQD random variables is discussed under general- ized condition by utilizing the Kolmogorov type inequality for pairwise NQD random variables. A series of equivalence relations of the complete convergence are obtained, which improves and extends the related known works in the litera- ture. Furthermore, we obtain a complete convergence rate theorem for arbitrary random variables.
