The short life cycle product supply chain is complex system with dynamic uncertainties,so system simulation and optimization could analog actual operation condition of supply chain,in order to study on supply chain characteristics of short life cycle products.With short life cycle product supply chain as the research object,this paper use Flexsim simulation method to establish simulation model of short life cycle product supply chain,and verify the rationality of model by an example.These research plays a role in guiding significance on the modeling,simulation and operation of supply chain.
