文中从应用型教育理念的内涵出发,分析了当前冷链物流课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出了基于团队汇报的自主教学、关联性教学以及基于实践的层次化教学等新模式,并采用过程考核与结果考核相结合的考核评价体系,突出素质教育的重要地位,使学生在掌握冷链物流技术的基础上,形成良好的职业道德。
From the content of applied educational philosophy, the main problems existed in cold chain logistics teaching were analyzed, self-teaching based on team report, associated teaching as well as a new practice model based on hierarchical teaching were also proposed, result assessment and process assessment were combined together, the important role of quality education was highlighted so that students can master the cold chain logistics technology based on the formation of a good work ethic.
