英文摘要：

As a major component of the transportation, highway is charged with a lot of energy consumption and carbon emissions in its entire life. With the increasingly prominent issues of global climate, environment and energy, how to make road sustainable and low-carbon has been paid more and more attention to. Focusing on highway＇s entire life which contains planning, designing, construction, operation and maintenance, this paper considers every phase and brings up the approach to realize the low-carbon road based on LCA （Life Cycle Assessment）, hoping to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions as well as guarantee equality and efficiency of the highway.
