结合实验研究,系统介绍了钛合金微孤氧化过程中电解液、电参数的选择,以及其对微弧氧化陶瓷层的结构和性能的影响,并指出利用微弧氧化技术可以在TC4合金表面制备出结构陶瓷层和功能陶瓷层,在航空航天等领域有广阔的应用前景。
Selections of electrolyte and electrical parameters in microarc oxidation of titanium alloys, and the influences of electrolyte and electronic parameters on the structure and property of ceramic coatings by microarc oxidation are overviewed systemically. It reveals that structural and functional ceramic coatings can synthesized by microarc oxidation on titanium alloys and its wide applications are expected in many field such as aeronautics and astronautics.
