Based on intensive analysis of the open economy in Henan province, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is applied to establish the evaluation model of open economy in Henan province. According to this result, the key factors which influence the open economy in henan province are analyzed. The corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.
