According to the importance of resource-based industrial chain, which is very important in resource-based city＇s sustainable development, analyzed the current development of resource-based industrial chain. Based on the dissipative structure to probe the evolution mechanisms of resource- based industrial chain, pointed out that the motility of reseurce-based industrial chain＇s dissipative structure is Pursue value and Consumption. Study how to accelerate the upgrade of the chain through influence the conditions and the motility that make dissipative structure happened. At last give out the way of how to accelerate the evolution,achieve the replace and upgrade of resource-based industrial chain under the dissipative structure theory.
