Through the detail classification of the evaluate index toward the mining city restructure result , we can reach a reasonable judgement to the restructure result, and by the establishment of the model of BP neural network , we can establish the relation between the result and the disadvantage factors. So we can provide related tools for the revise of the disadvantage influence factors in time and science ground forecast and evaluate the restructure result.
