the team＇s innovation ability is the most important for a team evaluation standards, and team knowl- edge sharing is the key factors that affect team innovation ability. How to maximize the benefits of knowledge sha- ring to the team innovation, is related to the core issue of the survival of a group. Of the team knowledge sharing mode, this paper has carried on the theory discussion and modeling analysis, thought the team to improve the inno- vation ability, we must break the barrier of the hierarchy within the team, make knowledge to the whole team to a- chieve barrier--free sharing and circulation.
