文章以110个研发团队领导为调研样本,探讨了领导政治技能通过信任的中介作用对团队领导跨界行为的影响机理。研究结果表明,领导政治技能对团队领导的使节行为、协调行为和侦测行为存在正向作用;认知信任在领导政治技能与团队领导的使节行为、协调行为之间发挥部分中介作用;情感信任在领导政治技能与团队领导的使节行为之间发挥部分中介作用,而在领导政治技能与团队领导的协调行为之间发挥完全中介作用。
Based on the research sample of 110 R&D team leaders,this article discusses the influence of leader’s political skill on team leader's boundary spanning behavior through the mediating role of trust. This study finds that leader’s political skill have a positive effect on team leader’s diplomatic behavior, coordinating behavior and detection behavior. While cognition-based trust plays a partial mediating role in leader’s political skill and team leader's diplomatic behavior and coordination behavior,emotion-based trust plays a partial mediating role between leader’s political skill and team leader’s diplomatic behavior, but a full mediating role between leader’s political skill and team leader’s coordination behavior.
