The new- style urbanization means the coordinated development of large cities,middle and small towns and countryside. Speeding up the urbanization has great significance to social and economic development. There is a coupling relation between new- style urbanization and new generation migrant workers＇ returning home for business. The development of urbanization can improve business environment,provide more entrepreneurial opportunities and increase new generation migrant workers＇ entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile,the returned migrant workers＇ entrepreneurship is the endogenetic power in the new- style urbanization. It can encourage the structural adjustment of the economy,absorb rural surplus labor force,promote citizenization of peasants,and develop the small towns.
