基于劳动关系中雇佣双方的基本供需特征分析,从双方供需特征出发选取评价指标考虑雇佣双方的和谐平衡关系,选用相对型的指数合成及表达方式,构建了新的相对和谐劳动关系指数体系,并根据对长春市朝阳经济开发区9家企业的调查数据进行了实证研究。实证研究结果表明,相对和谐劳动关系指数体系能够更直接、更真实地体现劳动关系状态,有助于解决现有常见劳动关系和谐指数体系中存在的诸多问题。
This study selects evaluating indicators based on the analysis of the basic supply and demand of both parties involved in the employment relationship. In order to keep the harmonious balance of both parties in the employment relationship, a relative harmonious labor relation index system has been newly established by using the relative index synthesis and expression. Based on the empirical research on the survey data from the 9 enterprises in economic development zone of Chao Yang in Chang Chun city, the result shows that a relative harmonious index system of the employment relationship expresses a more direct and true condition of the labor relationship, which contributes to solving the existing common problems in the labor relationship harmonious index system.
