Research shows that the development of college students＇career decision-making self efficacy is influenced by conscientiousness and family factors which consist mainly of parenting style and family environment. However, family factors are more important than conscientiousness. The study showed that although college studentsqife has changed, family factors may make an indirect impact on the college students career decision-making self efficacy through conscientiousness.
