建立了菱形新概念车制动过程中的动力学模型.通过simulink仿真计算,模拟出车轮不同顺序先后抱死时菱形新概念车在干扰力和干扰力矩作用下的质心横向位移和航向角.仿真结果表明,在干扰作用下,当中轮最先抱死后,若后轮比前轮提前抱死后,则整车将出现航向角和横向位移迅速增大的不稳定工况;若后轮最先单独抱死,则情况加剧.提出了避免失稳的解决方法,为菱形新概念车制动系统的设计提供了理论依据.
The dynamics model of rhombic new concept car in the brake process was established. The slid-displacement of the center of mass and course angle were obtained when the disturb force and disturb torsion acted on the center of the mass through matlab/simulink. Simulation results have indicated that the rhombic new concept car will be unstable if the rear wheel is locked before the front wheel when the middle wheel is locked, and the condition will be more acute when the rear wheel is locked first and alone. At last, ways to avoid unstable condition were given. Theoretical support for the design of the rhombic new concept car was proposed.
