分析某型号压缩机吸气消声器存在的不足,在测试压缩机吸气通道噪声源频谱的基础上提出消声器改进方案。该方案通过修改消声器内部结构来提高其在吸气噪声源峰值频率处的传声损失。采用声学有限元方法对改进前后消声器方案的传声损失进行仿真,仿真结果显示改进后的消声器在低频噪声源峰值频率处取得明显效果。最后,通过装机试验对新方案消声器的降噪效果进行验证,结果表明该型号压缩机低频噪声峰值明显降低,且总噪声幅值平均降低1.4dB(A)。
The disadvantages of a compressor muffler are analyzed,and a new scheme is proposed based on the measured noise spectrum at the suction inlet of the compressor.By modifying its inner structure,the transmission loss of the new muffler at the peak frequencies of noise source is to be enhanced.The original and new mufflers are simulated by acoustic finite element method(FEM)to verify the transmission loss.Results of simulations show that the new muffler is effective at the peak frequencies of low-frequency noise source.Finally,the new muffler is tested in the compressor in order to verify its effect of noise reduction.The results show that the amplitude of noise peak at low frequency is reduced obviously and the overall noise level is reduced by 1.4dB(A).
