为解决目前人工进行吊装方案规划效率低,准确性得不到验证等问题,对虚拟场景中的起重机运动仿真技术进行了研究。提出了面向运动仿真的实时参数化自动组装方法,运用成组技术分析了其最小组装单元,构建了整车节点结构树;建立了汽车起重机三类工况下的运动学模型,应用三维渲染引擎OpenSceneGraph实现了起重机自动运动仿真和交互式运动仿真。应用以上技术成功开发了一款起重机大型吊装工程仿真平台,在实际工程中获得应用。仿真结果表明,该平台可以有效地辅助进行吊装方案规划,提高了吊装方案规划的效率和准确性。
To deal with the problem of inefficiency and unreliable of lifting proposal planning, crane motion simulation technology in virtual scene is researched. First, a real-time parameterized automatic assembly method oriented to motion simulation is presented, the minimum assembly unit is analyzed and the tree structure of nodes for the whole crane is built. Secondly, the kinematics math model of auto crane is built, then the automatic motion simulation and interactive motion simulation is developed based on OSG. Finally, a super crane lifting operations simulation system is developed based on above technologies. Results indicate the system will contribute to increase efficiency and validity of lifting proposal planning.
