直接拉伸试验是获得材料单轴拉伸应力-应变曲线的唯一可行方法,初始偏心是影响单轴拉伸试验结果的关键问题。结合外夹式和粘贴式单轴拉伸试验优点,设计上端球铰连接,下端球铰和销钉共同作用的试验装置,此装置能有效消除试件安装时的初始偏心,并具有轻微偏心的自调节功能,适用于具有应变硬化特征的高韧性、高延性、高能量吸收能力的纤维水泥基复合材料的轴向拉伸试验。对不同厚度UHTCC宽板进行轴向拉伸试验,研究其基本力学参数及应力应变特性。
Direct tension test is the only feasible way to obtain the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curves,and the initial eccentricity is the key issue affecting the uniaxial tensile test results.This test combined with the advantages of external clip-on,and paste-type uniaxial tensile test,designing the top of ball and socket connection,the lower ball joints and pins together experimental device.This device can effectively eliminate the initial eccentricity of installing test piece,and has the self-regulatory function to slight eccentricity.The axial tensile test is applicable to fiber cement-based composites which have the strain hardening characteristics of high toughness,high ductility,high energy absorption.This experiments study the basic mechanics parameters and stress-strain characteristics of UHTCC wide plates with different thickness.
