在介绍数字图像处理技术发展及其优点的基础上,阐述了它在水泥混凝土研究领域如混凝土体积变化、气泡结构特征及水泥水化程度等方面的应用,并将其与水泥混凝土传统的研究方法进行了对比分析。表明数字图像处理技术克服了传统方法统计性差、数据精度低且带有主观性的缺陷,是一种具有可操作性强,重复性好、精度高的研究方法。
Compared with traditional methods, the application of digital image processing in the research of cement concrete material, for example, in measuring of volume change, voids characteristics and cement hydration degree, have been discribed after exhibiting its different development stage and strongpoints, with the virtues of high ability for manipulation, better repeatability and high precision, the digital image processing method provides a new method for cement and concrete research with overcome the many stortcomings in traditional methods.
