混凝土结构在施工和使用过程中容易产生各种裂缝,加速自身材料劣化,导致整体结构的耐久性和安全性降低,因此对结构进行加固和补强是十分必要的措施。超高韧性水泥基复合材料UHTCC具有裂缝细密、韧性显著和耐久性优良等特点,若合理应用在混凝土结构中,将会延长原有结构的使用寿命并提高其性能。本文对UHTCC和普通混凝土的粘结效果及影响因素进行了研究,采用UHTCC/普通混凝土复合梁的形式,通过四点弯曲试验进行了初步探讨。文中分析了复合梁的受力过程,研究了不同厚度的UHTCC层对整个复合梁结构抗弯性能的影响,证实了随着UHTCC层厚度的增加,整个结构的弯曲性能和承载能力都得到明显的改善;UHTCC层还起到抑制和分散上层裂缝的作用。
Concrete tends to crack and degrade during the construction and service,which weakens the durability and security of the structure.Ultra High Toughness Cementitious Composites(UHTCC) may have multiple fine cracks,outstanding toughness and superior durability,which may improve the service life and performance of existing structures through proper application.Study on the bonding effect and the influence factors between UHTCC and plain concrete are needed.Four-point bending tests were performed on layered UHTCC/concrete composite beams.Influences on the flexural behavior of the composite beams with different UHTCC layer thicknesses were investigated.It can be concluded that with the increase of UHTCC thickness,the flexural behavior of the beams is significantly improved.UHTCC layer is capable of inhibiting the diffusion of cracks of layered UHTCC/concrete composite beams.
