针对气相对水泥基材料热膨胀性能的影响,通过差示热膨胀测试方法对引入气相的水泥基材料的热膨胀性能进行了研究,得出结论:引入气相水泥石的热膨胀率曲线变化趋势与纯水泥石试样大致相同,只是在150℃时水泥石最大热膨胀率随引气剂的掺入有所降低,而在高温下收缩更加显著,并随着引气剂掺量的增加,收缩略有增加。并利用MIP和XRD等方法对其机理进行了探索。
Effect to thermal expansions of air entraining agent to cement-based materials was studied through equipments NETZSCH D/L 402EP.The result showed that the curve of thermal expansion rate for hardened cement paste amended with air entraining agent was similar to that for the reference, but decreased appreciably on 150 ℃, and the shrinkage became more evident on above 150 ℃ .Thermal shrinkage rate increased with an increasing dosage of air entraining agent.The mechanism was studied by means of MIP and XRD.
