The study was designed to investigate the influence of autonomic nervous arousal on the behavioral responses of respondents in the ultimatum game with methods of psycho physiological experiments. The results showed that （1） Higher skin conductance response for unfair offers suggested that unfair offers elicited more emotional arousal. （2）The state of autonomic nervous arousal was a predictor of rejecting unfair offers. Skin conductance activity was significantly higher in response to unfair offeres that were later rejected. （3） Gender pairing of the partners in the ultimatum game systematically affected behavior.
