随机化调查技术现在已有很多的方法,本文用一般化调查技术,结合方差估计的随机组方法,讨论了任意抽样设计p（s）（s为样本）下估计量的期望和方差的估计,并且求出了相应的置信区间。

英文摘要：

The randomized response techique （ RRT）, an ingenious interviewing procedure for eliciting on sensitive characters been extensively studied by various authors. Ilowever, most of them had achieved the efficency by changing design sampling plans. The object of this paper is to suggest a new randomized response for generalization survey designs.
