为了解动物消化道形态可塑性的变化与食性、食物质量之间的关系,对黑线仓鼠、棕色田鼠和小白鼠的消化道形态进行了比较分析.研究结果表明:三种鼠类的消化道形态存在差异;消化道长度不仅仅取决于食性,还受食物质量的影响;食性和食物质量的差异可能会引起不同消化器官形态结构产生适应性反应.胃的形态结构主要与生活习性有关,小肠与食物质量关系紧密,盲肠和大肠与则主要反映食性的差别.
In order to investigate the relationship among feeding habits, food quality, energy demand and digestive tract morphOlogy, we compared and analyzed the digestive tract morphology of Cricetulus barabensis, Microtus mandarinus and Mus musculus. The results showed that the digestive tract among three species of rodents had discrepancy;the length of digestive tract was not only decided by feeding habits, but also affected by food quality and habit. The discrepancy between feeding habits and food quality could make the morphology of different digestive organs produce adaptive response to different physiological and ecological factors. The morphology of stomach was mainly related to life habit. Small intestine was closely related to the food quality. Caecum and large intestine reflected discrepancy of food habit more.
