为提高螺旋锥齿轮的加工精度与效率,实现螺旋锥齿轮制造信息化,深入分析了螺旋锥齿轮网络化制造的信息流程,提出了一种螺旋锥齿轮网络化制造集成平台的功能体系结构,并通过W eb服务技术实现了集成平台的应用集成与软件架构。通过搭建集成平台的原型系统和螺旋锥齿轮的联网加工试验,对该集成平台的可行性和实用性进行了验证。
In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of spiral bevel gear and implement the informatization of spiral bevel gear manufacturing,the information flow of spiral bevel gear networked manufacturing was deeply analyzed.A functional architecture of spiral bevel gear networked manufacturing integrated platform was proposed,and the application integration and software architecture of the integrated platform were implemented based on Web services.Finally,the prototyped system of the integrated platform was designed and constructed,and the feasibility and practicality of the integrated platform were proved through a networked manufacturing experiment of a pair of spiral bevel gears.The experimental results showed that the integrated platform proposed in the paper could commendably enhance the production efficiency and meet the networked manufacturing requirements of spiral bevel gear.
