Aimed at essentiality of vibration measurement and lagging present state of spiral bevel gears, the vibration mechanism of gears are analyzed. Based on the method of mixed programming, the test hardware platform and specific procedure of programme has been expatiated. The system has the certain use value in digitized control of gear vibration.
