针对某一数控铣齿机工件箱蜗轮蜗杆传动的具体情况,提出了3种调整蜗轮传动啮合侧隙的方案:调整分体结构蜗杆两端轴向相对位移、采用双导程蜗杆传动和双蜗杆传动。简述了消隙原理,并比较了各自的优缺点。

英文摘要:

According to particular case of worm-gear drives in the workpiece box of CNC gear milling machine, three methods of adjusting backlash were suggested in this paper: adjusting axial relative displacement of split worm, using dual lead cylindircal worms and double-envelope worms. Then, the backlash eliminating theory was introduced briefly. The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were pointed out by comparisons.
