整合子是近年来在细菌中发现的一种可移动性基因元件,通过位点特异性重组捕获并表达外源性基因盒,是导致耐药基因在细菌间水平播散的重要原因。本文首先简述病原菌中整合子导致菌株对抗生素耐药的机制,然后从肺炎克雷伯菌中存在的整合子多样性、耐药基因盒种类及其与菌株耐药性的关系方面简述目前肺炎克雷伯菌中整合子的研究进展。
Integron is a mobile DNA element that can capture and carry genes by site-specific recombination, particularly those are responsible for antibiotic resistance. Integrons are found to be one of the most important mechanism for the development of multiple antibiotic resistance recently. Firstly, this review mainly introduces the resistance mechanism to antibiotics generated by integrons and gene cassettes carried by pathogens. Then, summarize the research progresses of integrons carried by Klebsiella pneumonia according to its diversity, classes and the relationships with the resistance to antibiotics.
