Scheme of a drive controller circuit for the ultrasonic motor was introduced,where high frequency drive signal with adjustable frequency was obtained by splitting the oscillating frequency of MCU. The circuit had merits of high control precision, stable output and easy to be miniaturized. Test results showed performance of the circuit was stable and enough for high position control situations.
