提出了一种新的方法对圆柱定子三自由度超声波电机施加预压力,用两个定子夹持一个转子来驱动电机。这种方法通过两个定子夹持一个转子,并施加一定的预压力,然后在两个转子上同时施加激励电压,由两个定子同时驱动转子,不仅能够施加较大的预压力,而且还能够减少预压力引起的摩擦力损耗,提高了电机的输出力矩。给出了电机结构及其优化方法,最后对电机输出特性进行了测量,验证了该方法的正确性。
Presented a novel 3-DOF ultrasonic motor with two cylinder stators clamped. Two cylinder stators were used to grip the sphere rotor, and clamp force was applied to the stators instead of rotor. With this novel method, the pre-pressure of 3-DOF cylinder ultrasonic motor between the stators and the rotor was enlarged , and the output moment was also increased largely. The two stators were applied by cross excitation alternating voltage respectively, and the driving forces of the stators were in the same direction. So the output moment was enlarged as well as the pre-pressure enlarged.
