以直径为60mm行波型超声波电动机为例,通过对电机定子和转子接触模型的研究,得到了一种考虑电机定子齿作用情况下的仿真模型。文章根据实际行波型超声波电动机结构参数对模型的求解,计算得到了电机的运行特性,结果与实际试验研究结果相近,证明了该模型的有效性。
In this paper, the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with 60mm in diameter was taken into account. By studying the contact model of the ultrasonic motor's stator and rotor, a simulation model with the stator teeth's effect was found. By solving this simulation model with the actual ultrasonic motor structure parameters, the operating characteristics of the ultrasonic motor was obtained. Finally, the test was complete. The similarity of test results and simulation results showed the validity of the simulation model.
