设计了一种三阶纵向振动和八阶弯曲振动复合的大推力直线超声波电机,阐述了其结构和工作原理;采用有限元法对定子进行动力学分析,用ANSYS有限元软件计算定子的振动模态,进行谐响应分析;建立定子和滑块的接触模型,得到预压力和定子推力之间的关系。通过实验方法测量定子阻抗特性,将所得结果与理论分析相比较,并得到电机的动态特性。
A large thrust linear ultrasonic motor is presented in this paper, which uses the third longitudinal and the eighth bending vibration modes. The construction and operation principle are described. The dynamics analysis of stator is completed with FEM. The stator's vibration modes and harmonic response are analyzed by ANSYS. The contact model of stator and slide block is established. The relationship between preload and stator's thrust is computed. The impedance characteristic of stator has been surveyed by using impedance characteristic analysis instrument, and the experimental results are compared with the theory analysis. The experiments of testing kinetic characteristic are carried out.
