目的:通过对北柴胡4个不同农家栽培类型的有效成分的分析,确定最佳的栽培类型。方法:采用分光光度法测定柴胡总皂苷的含量;采用柱前衍生化HPLC-UV法测定柴胡皂苷a、d的含量。结果:4种类型在有效成分含量上从高到低依次为细根少分枝型、细根多分枝型、粗根多分枝型、粗根少分枝型。而粗根的栽培产量高于细根。结论:栽培时应首选粗根多分枝型柴胡根。
Objective:To detected the contents of active components of four different Bupleurum Chinense DC. cuhivars. Methods:The contents of total saikosaponin in Bupleurum chinense DC. were measured by spectrophotometry and the contents of saikosaponins a and d in Bupleurum chinense DC. were measured by HPLC-UV of precolumn derivatization. Results :The contents of total saikosaponin, saikosaponins a and d from high to low in turn were fine root and unbranched type,fine root and highly branched type,coarse root and highly branched type,coarse root and unbranched type,but the yield of coarse root type was higher than that of fine root type. Conclusions: Coarse root and highly branched type is the most suitable economical cultivation among four cultivars.
