英文摘要：
To implement the cycle economics concept on enterprise independent innovation can promote enterprise to change the traditional model of innovation, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper had constructed a evaluation index system for enterprise independent innovation ability based on cycle economics, and done a empirical analysis adopting a Paper Group ＇ s data , the results showed that the evaluation index system have a certain validity.
