Regional economy growth is restricted by its technology absorption capacity. The release of western technology absorption capacity will be an accelerating factor to regional economy growth. What arc shown through analyzing the influencing factors of technology absorption capacity are that to improve the quality of western population, especially popularize secondary education in western region, enhance technology absorption expenditure, and adjust its proportion in technology activities outlay upgrade the technology absorption capacity of western region, thus accelerating economic growth.
